Nearly all records we ship give complete satisfaction. However, it is inevitable that mistakes occur. If a record is incorrectly graded you can claim a refund in the form of a credit on future purchases. Some perfect records are not as good as others, sound and vinyl quality vary. With old records you must expect an occasional tick or some dust. We do not generally clean our records or change inner sleeves. (We try to only buy satisfying copies.)

EU customers: please complain whithin 2 weeks of receiving the records.
Non EU-customers: phone or email us first, please don´t return the records whithout a word on their deficiencies.
Be sure I will take any complain serious and respond promptly trying to inspire confidence in our services again.
